Hi & Welcome to Backyard Scope - Some info about me: My name is Nadeem Shah, im a Astrophotographer living in a Light Polluted Suburb of London. I have had an interest in Astronomy since the age of 11, started with pair of 10x50 Prinz Binoculars which my Dad bought for me from Dixons.

It has been recently since that I took Astronomy as a hobby again in 2008, I soon became infatuated with doing Astro Imaging, my humble 1st images were taken with a SPC900NC Webcam, used for Lunar & Planetary work. My hunger to do more astrophotography was kindled when I bought my 1st DSLR, a Canon 450D.

It was not long after that I started doing Unguided work, yep unguided work, you be amazed with some time & patience what you can achieve - Don't believe people when they say "You can't do decent astro images, unless you Guide" - Well thats a load of Crap ! Flick through the Unguided section of the images, if you don't believe me !

As I progressed with different scopes & equipment, for a brief period I imaged with a CCD, but now I image with a Canon 1100D DSLR Camera & a Guidescope Camera & Scope.
